Rajat Khare who is from an engineering background was falling into the same system. Until one day he decided to change the way he lives and improve his lifestyle. As a yoga practitioner he started off with the basics.  It was a challenge for him, he is determined and did not give up. He kept the practice going on.

With time and practice, one starts to realize that yoga does not only help in keeping your body fit but also keeps your mind healthy. Often there are times when we are loomed by negative thoughts and then we need to concentrate more on our positive side. Vipassana has always helped in keeping the mind calm while taking important decisions in life for the former.
