  • 2 medium ripe bananas

Method 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spray with oil or cooking spray.

  • ½ tsp baking soda

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil 

  • 1 cup flour (you can take almond or oats flour)

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips 

  • 1 tsp baking soda 

  • 1 egg 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 4 tsp instant coffee powder 

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
